Why is the Lag gone?

I beat my update 11 lag and so can you in eleven easy steps:
1) Call ISP
2) Tell them they are crazy
3) Uninstall DDO hi-res
4) Install DDO low-res
5) Update drivers
6) Blow dust out of the tower with pressurized air.
7) Change graphics from "detect optimal ultra high" to "low"
8 ) Set textures to "low"
9) Turn off all graphical details
10) Stop running raids
11) Success!
