I got one!
Now I can teleport once per day! I bought it from the AH for only 900,000 plat! Such a deal! Usualy I only see them for 1,500,000 plat but this one was discounted. Mwa ha ha!
Currently I'm eschewing UMD for self-healing Rangers, but now I can teleport! Whee!
i pulled mine first run elite along with the rest of my party an sence then ive seen 3 partys all get one if they didnt have one allready you got riped lol.
